Loop the training belt around the handle and buckle it up. Place the unit vertically on flat ground and unfold the pedals.

Power on the unit and straddle it.

Put your dominant foot on the pedal to stabilize the unit, shift your center of gravity onto another foot and try to give the unit an initial speed.

Ride 2-3m using your dominant foot, then put the other foot onto the pedal.
